- valid travel document whose expiry date is three months longer than that of the visa requested
a) in the case of a lost or stolen residence permit, a copy of the report made to the police authorities. The visa will be issued after obtaining the necessary “Nulla Osta” (authorisation) from the relevant Questura;
b) In case of a residence permit expired within the last 60 days, you must provide the original or a copy of the expired permit and the receipt of the renewal application already submitted. Additionally, authorization from the relevant Questura, requested directly by the Italian Consular mission, is required.
