B) Residents of the Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West provinces: in June and July visits by the Itinerant Officer to collect fingerprints (the dates and locations involved will be communicated in advance). Those who will use this service can also receive the passport at their home via the courier BEX – please contact Ms. Jacqueline Staats, tel. 011 929 9700 jacqueline.staats@bex.co.za – who will provide the form to complete and sign (the pre-established courier fee is to be paid by the applicant).
